Law360, Philadelphia (January 3, 2017, 6:37 PM EST) -- A longtime AT&T customer service executive allegedly fired for his age is not entitled to $288,000 in liquidated damages on top of the $370,000 award he won at a jury trial in January 2016, a Pennsylvania federal judge has ruled.
