Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

For RAE's and COR ASM, take a look at Spring Mobile. With the rapid growth we have had, quality leaders are really needed across the board.

I know most RAE really don't like the idea of going back onto a retail sales floor however upward progression is seriously there. With the acquisition of cell world and red Skye there are a ton of DM's and even RD's that are struggling with the scope and I've worked with some great RAE's that could take a store and kill it and easily move up to multi-unit position. We are also rapidly expanding our business and wired departments across the nation as well.

I'd be willing to bet this is exactly what corporate AT&T wants. If a large number of COR staff move over to spring they have the same quality they had with less pay. Don't let them have their cake and eat it too.

No self respecting corporate AT&T employee would go work for a sh--ty dealer. We will rise above AT&T and find work that pays just as well or more.

Not sure about rural areas. Part time Microsoft employees get full benefits. Grass is greener, just look. I guarantee you will find something better.

I got recruited to be a regional at Spring but I turned it down. Take a step back and really look at wheat you want. You have the gift of time in your hands. Use it! Really think about what you want to do. Start a business, go work at a company you hated supporting as a RAE like apple and Microsoft (they never seemed to have an unhappy employee did they) slow down and really find you

The real struggle will be trying to find a job that can come close to pay and benefits AT&T offered, especially in rural areas.
