Bottom performing ASM's will be laid off according to the info I got today.

It's sad but if you are in a COR location doing less than 2000 opportunities per month I would start getting close with your local authorized retailer. You've probably got a year or less left. It's already started happening in the Northeast and they are trying to keep it quiet. If your a top performer they will probably Shuffle you over to a store that does that much if they have one in your area otherwise that's the end. Strangely enough Verizon is building corporate locations in our area but we are giving them to dealers.

Restructuring our area also, 3 COR, 3 AR. Growing ARSM's while firing ASM's. Typical corporation. Bloated top and middle and screw the bottom.
RSM's will be next.....those that are close to AR stores will be shut down. Bottom performers will be cut and then those left will be shuffled to locations staying open. FYI SEL's and Biz team getting the next cut.

Most stores have more than 1 ask I think? They made it sound like it was going to be based on each ASM's individual performance vs just arbitrarily firing ASM's in stores that had too many.
It sounds like Level 1 ASM's or stores who have multiple ASM's will be impacted. Allegedly the districts will be redrawn, but it sounds like there will be a lot of store closings too. There was mention that this will impact RSC's as well.
