THE REASON I AM ASKING WE HAD A REP COME TO OUR STORE WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE CURRENT RETAIL PROMOTIONS.
PLEASE ADVISE!

New promise = surplus

We had the "Our Promise" kickoff meetings in North East
One manager sent an email for a "mandatory sales recognition meeting". What a joke.
Holding out for the surplus
I have been told from a reliable source that RSC surpluses will start being announced in Q2. In my opinion they will first ask for people to take PT positions to fulfill the 60-40 mix. At that point when few choose to do so, they will surplus. As said before level 1 and level 2 stores will soon be a thing of the past. There is nothing that can be accomplished in a retail store that can not be done by the consumer themselves.
Definitely a meeting at my store on Friday for one of the Dallas market locations. Not a clue what it's about.
Leadership just informed me our "mandatory business meeting" is our 2017 kick off about the direction for the company..
