STIP will always be on the table for the Store Managers and the Wholesale buyers to keep them trying to get sales (even if the bonus is unattainable). There is no reason for them to give a bonus to anyone in corporate as you will kill yourself in front of them or make the next round of layoffs.

I truly don't understand why people wouldn't be looking for employment elsewhere with how things are going at Follett. I worked for them for over 22 years and after 4 years of no improvement by the leadership it just wasn't worth fighting for this company anymore and found a job elsewhere.

Disagree. I personally had a convo with a VP after the last townhall in which they informed me STIP is still on table.

LTI and STI gone from budget until FY19 at earliest consideration.

If you are STIP eligible there may be some payout, definitely not 100%

According to RG nothing with be given until 2018. He said no bonuses or merit increases for this year 2017 last year at a town hall.

Sarcasm On: Here is pet on the head for you and $46 dollars for your hard work as a store manager. Now be a good boy and kill yourself for another year while we steal your money with all the dumb write offs that are due. Hope you enjoyed killing yourself with no staff for what you get. The current thinking is FHEG=bonus, FSS=bonus, wholesale=no bonus, corp=no bonus, bt=bonus
