STIP will always be on the table for the Store Managers and the Wholesale buyers to keep them trying to get sales (even if the bonus is unattainable). There is no reason for them to give a bonus to anyone in corporate as you will kill yourself in front of them or make the next round of layoffs.
I truly don't understand why people wouldn't be looking for employment elsewhere with how things are going at Follett. I worked for them for over 22 years and after 4 years of no improvement by the leadership it just wasn't worth fighting for this company anymore and found a job elsewhere.
