ARSMs handling anything? Ha funny...the only thing they handle is golf clubs and mileage checks for " store visits", and the occasional email...

The promised positions are the Integrated solutions consultant that's rolling out next month in NER. From what the HR person told me it's an automatic $10k/yr pay cut because you'd be going from 1b to 1a. Apparently, it doesn't matter if you're well within the salary range for the position, they want to take that $10k because they can and just for the honor of staying with AT&T. A nice little poke in the eye on the way out the door.
I have not heard where any of the promised positions that they mentioned for us!

I'm NR. TRO hasn't started visiting my old locations yet, so I'm still taking calls from the reps and managers that I had a really good relationship with. If a Target, Walmart or unknown # calls me, I chuckle and decline the call. I actually had to look up an account in OPUS yesterday for one of my guys and I had to check a box acknowledging that I was accessing the system as a 3rd part vendor, not as an AT&T employee.
NAE/RAEs were recently surplused. They support the Authorized Retailers and their last day is March 31st. Answer to your question I believe most are in Florida.
