Enbridge still has PTO days depending on your years of service. You can get credit up to 10 years prior work experience. You can take up to 3 sick days without using PTO and these are coded as short term disability. Your supervisor can request a dr's excuse up to being out for 3 days. After 3 days, paperwork for short term disability will need to submitted to MyHR.

Unsure what unit you work at, however EDG in Canada you get 15 days vacation 7 floater days and up to 5 edos for a total of 27 days off, paid sick days too.

10 years get an extra 1 week

20 years get an extra 2 weeks

1/2 day Fridays - is part of the Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) where they work 9 hour days and work 1/2 days on Friday in Houston. That was their only option since

9/80s were taken away (but apparently Canada is able to do it along with work from home).

No on the PTO

SDO=scheduled day off. Everyone gets a day off with pay each month to take when you want. They cannot be rolled over to subsequent months.

I would say kiss your 9/80 goodbye. Maybe not right away but they did away with ours a couple years ago.

Never heard of half day Fridays. Not sure what office that would be.

STIP process is changing this year. Guessing this is an attempt to lessen the cost of the current program.

Does Enbridge still have PTO days which include vacation and sick days combined?

What is an SDO day? I heard Enbridge works 1/2 days every Friday so I wasn't sure what an SDO day is?

With SDO days, how many hours per day do they work? Spectra has 9/80's so we work 10 hour days except Friday which is an 8 hour day then we get every other Friday off.

Less than 5 years is 120 hrs of PTO and 1 SDO per month

401K match is 100% up to 5%

Bonus is based upon salary and typically starts at 10%, but has potential to go up depending on company/individual performance

Median salary is all based upon location and business unit. 50k-80k would be typical of entry to mid-level employees in Operations related positions.

Annual pay increases are dependent on individual performance and Company performance.

401k is 5% match, vacation just recently changed and you'll probably get credit for your Spectra years. No more PTO, just vacation. pension vests after 3 years. bonus (STIP) is some complicated formula that no one understands and depends on your location. Can't say about the salary increase because hardly anyone got one last year and we haven't found out about this year. Probably no raise again. They try extremely hard to underpay us.
