He does not have the interpersonal skills to be CEO. Extremely rude, mean spirited and denigrating individual. Has made poor product decisions too.
True, the stop gap has destroyed the morale in last 10 years
Need morale to improve in dev to build better products. Morale will not improve by replacing entire teams including VPs.
I always think MH is a joke and always b.s. Never listened to his webcast when I worked at oracle. Not worth my time.
KB was really good to work with. TK must be very thrilled these days given that Netsuite is not reporting into his dev organization.
This spam doesn't change the fact that oracle is mismanaged and it value creation lags far behind all other IT companies with the exception of hp which MH run into the ground
No customer is happy with Fusion also, what a waste of resources
KB was too honest for LE and MH, called Fusion c r a p and Mh useless - never mind that he wAs right, these two egos couldn't take it - asskissing before competence is their mantra
LE's heir - funny! MH will kill him in the crib, just like he killed KB, who is now doing a great job at SFDC. Eat your heart out LE, he could have been doing great things at oracle, but you decided to keep MH and get rid of KB - what a bonehead you are !
Well, how much Fusion will oracle sell if it goes out of the on-prem software business as it is trying to and shift all apps buss to SaaS? Nada, other than what it needs to run its own D.C. Fusion is history, get out!

No kidding, TK has no clue about how to do his current job or the CEO job, need to find somebody from the outside to run the company, or sell it, which is the same thing.
