The bargaining team is made up of mobility employees so stop with the b---s--- I see here. And yes have the contracts dispointed us before yes but we got to vote on them and we voted yes. The only reason the union has given in is because mobility workers are apethic and don't get involved enough.
Are any actual working union members directly involved in the negotiations or is it all people in expensive suits?
ATT Mobility for the history that it's been under union control has never been on strike. There is virtually 0 percent chance of it. Like every other time, the we will either work under an extended contract, or no contract at all.

The people will vote for a strike for sure but how many will actually walk out is a joke. ATT knows that and takes full advantage of the CWA.
Lol, there will be no strike. The vote was an authorization vote. It only allows the CWA to call a strike if they feel it's necessary during negotiations. It doesn't mean there is a strike as soon as the contract expires.
You will work without a contract (or potentially extend the expiration for a short period of time) until a deal is reached.
What parts of the company are supported by union jobs? I don't know anything about the union but if they are messing with you and 94% vote to strike, go for it. The once admired T needs a loud and clear message.

So unless union leadership ends up taking something under the table, all things look like we are going to strike.
I'm thinking the union needs to fight for this one also, because AR pays them 0, so for them if they lose out on this it's a huge financial hit for them.
