Ok, ok so apparently #2 has failed.
Failure is not acceptable. Not to worry though! I am your leader and I have another idea. I will fire #2 and hire some new guys to create my idea. Now guys, you saw what happened to the last #2. I am the leader, and my talent (which is worth millions upon millions) is to order you guys to go invent something! Nobody can order people to invent something the way I can do it!
