Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

AT&T is not the only game in town.

Level 1 and 2 stores will be a thing of the past soon. Start looking now. Someone said it on here earlier, why pay COR when AR is doing the same job for less?

And putting up the same numbers in a lot of cases. The ARSM's will assume the RAE role which it sounds like some of you do not understand the importance of the RAE. Without anyone watching training and cleaning up AR you will see the difference in service levels. The RAE is an ARSM for AR. Good luck to the ARSM's they will be really overwhelmed soon.

Utilize the school reimbursement while you can and make plans now to further your career else where. AT&T is not the only game in town.

Cor sore is the only wireless store that gives The T a good rep! It makes sense to keep them....but what does the T do try to get rid of them and go a CHEAPER route that don't know what their doing and provevide half a-- customer service....Your World Delivered!!

Getting rid of COR stores is truly a bad idea! Saying AR does the same job As COR Is so far off its unreal. Clearly you have no idea because you have never worked in COR. COR GIVES A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE! I have worked and COR and we provide the extraordinary experience with every customer. The way AR sells is truly a scam at any carrier. They screw people over and then send them into the COR store for the fix. Enjoy getting lied too and having no COR stores to go to and get things fixed or reassured it will be taken care of. AT&T wants to lead numbers by providing great experience, well good luck when you have 95% AR stores to rely on!

Retail is dead including AR's. COR is even more dead. I haven't set foot in a cell phone shop in years and why would I? What purpose do they serve now? ZERO!
