Any words on EG layoff announcement, escpecially in El Segundo area ? Broadcast, Engineering ?

The rumor (totally unconfirmed, so take this with a grain of salt) is that this EG cut hit legacy DTV employees disproportionately hard, as the T upper management is trying to cleanse the company of any malcontents who don't drink the T koolaid and swallow all their bullspit and hokey Texas lies.
Evidently the very revealing ENPS scores in which the legacy DTV employees let the new T rulers just how cr@ppy things are since they took over rattled a few smug cages.
Can't respond on current info, since I was downsized out of EG in December, but I'm not surprised w/ the reorganization rumors: with the leadership changes mid-2016 that pointed to DTV, Mobility became the poor relation. Much of the new EG management didn't care to learn the Mobility business, and seemed surprised when it didn't "fit" in the TV offering (supposedly). Interesting to see what shakes out, going forward.
DC should have been shown the door years ago....guy is a weasel.
