Don't forget the team award the went away 3-5k a year depending on the OT you worked! Now we get like 200.00 a year because the stock is so crapy....joke!

The union does not have the power to prevent lay offs, as it seems they dont even have the power to negotiate, the wired side has a year without a contract,and mobility has the health care benefits increased by 100%. It seems they are either in att's back pocket or just gutless. The bad part is we voted for this people to look out for our future, and they are showing they have no huevos.....

Since the AT&T takeover 10 years ago, the CWA has done nothing. Could anyone please reply with a list of issues that they have opposed from the Company? MSOC/Bonus based on stock price/higher cost of insurance/2% raises, and no help with green sheets are just a few of the issues the Company forced on us without one word from the CWA.

2 little was done in previous contracts, we had the upper hand until the union dropped the ball in 2006 and 2013, As is today they can't do anything about it
