I wonder why people who work in the company do not realize ALL data in and out of ALL computers and cell phone is tracked in full detail.
The Hargrove org targeted the people who did not offer praise and give wonderful reviews of the company. Our 3rd level told the managers that they had to talk to people who were negative and make them realize the negative comments were understood to be on their own manager and 3rd level.
the survey was anything but anonymous. they used the IP address of the sender to track down submitter. People think they are under the table and no one will know. Guess again.
I remember when one time i wrote a survey and i had a DOS come down and talk to me about it, we both lol'ed about it not being anonymous. Ever since then i stopped filling them out honestly lol

If you want to be targeted or let go fill out the survey honestly.....the T wants to target distractors or non look aid drinkers!
I know many people that were Really good at their jobs, above and beyond many, were honest with the survey and they are not longer with the company today
I'm sure that survey led to my elimination. I was very honest about things.
Sure it's anonymous, that's why you have to enter your user ID....Right lol
I love those who say only a fool would self identify in comments. But I've been on a manager round up call where the comments were read back to us as if our AM was trying to figure out who wrote what.
System improvements and suggestions are dead giveaways when u work on said system.
Also my AM wanted to know when u completed it so she could check u off her list. Hardly anonymous or optional.
