Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

My DOS and ARSM made the decisions.

I am an RSM and had no input on who was laid off in my store.

Did you ever stop and think that perhaps it was different in different markets or even under different DOSs? Maybe you should have been cut instead of your ASM...

I am a RSM and in our area we did know and we part of the elimination process. Not sure why RSM'S are saying the had nothing to do in the process when we were asked to rank our asm`s.

DOS made decision with 0 input from ARSM in my market. DOS decided based on not liking the RSM.

I'm still trying to understand how cell phone shops even exist in this day and age.

Phones are overpriced, accessories are overpriced and the service is overpriced.

I mean I can buy a nexus 6p for $350 on eBay, a car charger on Amazon for $2.00 and sign up for mint sim for $17.00 a month unlimited text and voice with 5gb of 4g data.

What MORON would get AT&T? What even bigger moron would buy it in a COR store?

I am an RSM as well. Unfortunately neither my ARSM nor I had any say in who was getting let go. I found out the same morning that my ASM did.

I am also an RSM, and to my knowledge, the ARSMs and DOS made the decisions. But let's be honest, the DOS.

Not surprised. Decisions generally come from 4th or 5th level and they're usually not names but numbers.
