Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Consumer Reports Cell Phone companies ratings for 2017 are out

Take 45 guesses which company was rated the lowest of 11 Traditional Cell providers?

Consumer Cellular on top.

ATT on the bottom.

Poor voice

Poor Web service, problems

Other items such as text, data are rated low

So where are the executives who are pushing to drop all wireline and go Cell only?

Consumer Cellular does use the ATT network but does not limit it's customers or charge high costs.

ATT is going to keep losing customers unless they wake up and start responding to issues and poor service. The biggest reason people don't quickly switch is the fees charged by ATT and others. That's why companies like Verizon and T-mobile offer to pay the fee s---ing customers from ATT.

If they are wrong then why are ATT customers looking for better deals with competitors.

Consumer Reports is absolute garbage. Whatever they think, you can pretty much bank on the opposite being accurate. If it says a certain car is poor, usually it's actually pretty decent.

It was in the Consumer Reports mag I just received also. The person who posted it was correct.

I wonder why consumer cell is rated so high and if they supply service from ATT what is ATT doing to fix their image? All I can think of is they eventually will outsource even mobility. all about money.
