Working in a corp store we see all the politics to the game, tomorrow we are going to see that some politics will not save some of the under talented individuals that got promoted with no leadership skills. I can already feel it , today a lot of the managers were just kicking back, not being productive at all, it's funny I have worked with over 50 Asm's In the last 8 years and maybe 6 out of 50 deserved the promotion, the rest were just great butt kissers. Now life pays back to those who thought they were invincible, acting like they were above and beyond us. Have a happy life guys😉

I understand both sides. It is all butt kissing and no talent but I don't want to see them without a job. It's less that 25% of good ASM but that 25 is enough for me to care .. I wish the best for them ..
Most of these ASM's have families and this is their livelihood. You're a bitter and probably jealous person.
