Folks, if you are an RAE or a indirect-only ARSM, get ready for the proverbial axe to come down again in January. Notifications to RAEs will start mid-January. No official word on how much reduction we will see. We are officially pulling out of national retail (Big-box retailers who sell AT&T) and will be handing their support off to a third party like 3PL or marketsource.

Official date???
Does anyone know what 3rd party we may be handing NR off to? How soon do we as AEs find out this week or this next week? I wonder if they are going want us to do a warm hand off to the 3rd party because I know of a few retailers are not going that going to like this all. I forsee Wal-Mart going strictly pre-paid with in a year or two.
All AEs? I won't ask market, but what region are you in?
ALL AEs and some ARSMs is what we are hearing in my market.
NR to 3rd party and remaining ARSM will go hybrid (COR/AR). No more AEs for any channel.

Not all ARSMs have been given the info yet. Directors just found out sometime last week.

Sad but true. My ARSM says otherwise but if you believe management about anything all they say is it's fine.
