New Mobility bargained DIRECTV Contracts

How are we going to get paid hourly or by commission . Somebody has brought to my attention that with the CWA Contract that it's 60/40 is that true? We have yet to see the contract or vote. It feels as if we are going to get the raw end of the deal since we are the only Legacy Directv Call Center with out a contract. I just want to get paid and work. But if they cut some of our pay I would like to revoke my decision in joining the union. It's like they won't come to a compromise and we're just left in the dark here at the Huntsville Direct. Call Center. Any feedback would be truly appreciated.

Can you revoke joining before the contract is made, I think it would be a waste of money as well. I can't believe the Huntsville call center negotiations has dragged out this long.

I heard that titles will be reclassified in 2017, there are law suits now for unpaid commission, and OT for non exempt salaried employees, labor office all over this, looks like the changeis for T to avois lass action status, condition of a settlement, not verified tho

It really just depends on the title they give you. For example, sales consultants are 60/40 but truth be told, they get their full pay as long as they hit 50 percent of their overall metrics which isn't all that hard. Commission is based on anything 100 or above...otherwise it's normal pay
