I had a chance recently to get a look at automation efforts in preparation for 2020. What a joke! Hardly any of our people are involved in it-it's all contractors! There's a couple company's AT&T is dealing with. Guess how they're going to pay for it all.

Ok so like many I thought this was all a joke and how could any group be 50% contractors. Well I'm here to say it is not so here in the group. Were only at 46% so how can anyone be concerned?
Ok really was shocked and now a lot of us are asking questions and getting no answers.
Lambs to slaughter. People think if they finish PIVOT training all will be well. Reality is it is just a stall until contractors are set in motion.
Hint: Look at webphone. If your group is 50% or more employees, expect that to become 30%. That's the only indicator I can give anyone.

It's ingrained in culture now. I've noticed if you can BS with flashy power points and not disrupt group think, you go far.
