Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Back to posting bogus reviews- at least they're easy to spot

Glassdoor accepts input from employees about their employers. It's helpful to job seekers. Follett pays folks to post pretend reviews. Their reviews counteract negative reviews. Their reviews also keep Follett's "star rating" the same. Here is an example of a shill review-

Now if you're feelin' kinda low 'bout the dues you've been paying

Future's coming much too slow

And you wanna run but somehow you just keep on stayin'

Can't decide on which way to go

Yeah, yeah, yeah

I understand about indecision

But I don't care if I get behind

People livin' in competition

All I want is to have my peace of mind

Now you're climbin' to the top of the company ladder

Hope it doesn't take too long

Can'tcha see there'll come a day when it won't matter

Come a day when you'll be gone

You can't stay off of this board. What's that called? A troll? Are you a troll? You're not contributing to the conversation. You're not doing your job (assuming you work for Follett). You're not even on point (if you were, we'd engage on topic and you'd be reaching for bactine). You could be in HR/recruiting and this board makes your job more difficult.

You're not even forthcoming in saying that you like working for Follett. IF you like working here, why do you like it? It used to be a great place to work. I used to tell employees of newly acquired stores that everything was going to be OK if they worked hard and complied with HO requirements. That company died 4 years ago. Now, Follett is rotting corpse hoping a yet to be lit pyre can sweep it away.

So, are you a troll, HR/recruiter, happy employee? Why?

Not much of a discussion. Did you exhaust your vocabulary on that? I bet you spend a lot of time in the time out corner for temper issues, don't you. I don't want to keep you from the job you love.

Wait, how can you love working for a company that abuses its oldest, longest serving employees until they quit. How can you love working for a company spends huge sums to hire consultants to report that YOU earn too much money? How can you stomach suggesting it's enjoyable working for a company that throws lavish executive parties while cutting store managers' pay (when they were horribly under paid to begin with)?

I'll ask you to return to work, restacking the deck chairs on the Titanic's sister ship, the HMS Follett.

About those who enjoy working at Follett, Just guessing their communication skills are equal to their analytical skills and to their cognitive skills. It is true that the shill reviews lack any original thought, they are written better than a person who likes working at follett would be capable of writing.
