We had an 'All hands on deck call today and VP of wireless paid is a visit. News is not good.

The original post may have been a made up Troll story but we had one 11-14 and the news was not good but not all bad either. We were told there will be an offer in our Org made to senior people to retire and with luck enough will take the offer and save a few. It may be the same offer made in 2015 or slightly different. 1st qtr 2017 with possible other Orgs doing the same. Our Vp said it was up to the Org to decide on process and cost to the Org vs. direct layoff of the numbers.
Troll alert, watch where you step, don't get any on your shoes.

Trolling for any takers...lol
I actually the tiny margins could work with a lot of volume but you need killer disruptive original content.
That's not in Att's wheelhouse though...
The really bad DTV margins for the next year, will be offset with job reductions,
I can speculate and say what's coming:
1) reduced and/or bonus elimination through stupid(er) bell curve ratings.
2) higher layoffs in 1Q 2017.
Randall ought to be ashamed of himself. Sure, the company likley needed to be paired down, but his recent and subsequent missteps are going to add to the previously projected layoffs. He's already paying TW way more per share than what the company is actually worth. And assuming att doesn't make anything new to sell , guess how this deal will be paid for?
Seems like a part trolling message that get peeps worked up....
Or
As people have stated this post is symptomatic of larger people/manager problems at t.
Either way why would you post such an incomplete useless message?
This is the problem with this company, useless mettings, ineffective managers, and employees such as OP, dumb beyond redemption, now... that is a solid message
So what was the all hands meeting about specifically ???
Not a lie we had one as well. It is about the manager layoffs.
Why is it that so many dimwits start a topic where their head is in a fog and readers are supposed to see through it? The topic starter should be the first one to walk the plank.
troll heading
And?
Worthless post and most likely a lie.
Like the old Wendy's commercial "Where's the News?"
I know right...what is the news?
Ok??? What was the news.
