If you call the bank ethics hotline the first action is damage control. Decision process-Is this an act where the manger has broken the law or employee handbook? They will cover it up as if the honest employee was not making the correct interpretations (sleight of hand trick). A cover up would also be made if a law was broken. The honest employee will then be gamed out by an elimination round such as citing the employee handbook or some other falsely accusations. Human Resources will write it up in there secondary database as a disgruntled employee with no ties to the original report. The bank has had years of formulating cover ups to mislead regulators and employees.

I called the ethics line at another bank institution. Human Resources said they will look into this but in the meantime worry about myself. They went after me with a vengeance based on my work and they eventually rudely and falsely eliminated.

This streamlines to all bank merged under Wells Fargo. They will not talk to the employees but only make a decision based on the lies they created in their bank records.

Some former Wells Fargo employees have said they were fired or otherwise retaliated against after reporting such misconduct to the bank’s ethics line. In all, about 5,300 employees have been fired, including many low-level employees in branches. It’s not clear how much of a role retaliation may have played in the firings.

The fault is on management when hiring non social skilled managers. Most managers do not have real experience getting along with others.

Straight up, I was retaliated against and they have fake falsely written notes in there secondary database. The CEO is making a show; they do not care and never have cared. All they need to do is eliminate all the historic employee notes and always supply a second chance to any employee accused of anything (as long as the employee does not have arrest record). Problem solved. Simple solution, not hard, we do not need to think on this one.
