It seems like we are seeing the company fall apart right before our eyes.

I wonder about the board too snd why they allowed him to be a Chairman and CEO with no checks and balance and little to no oversight/accountability.

As long as the dividends were paid out the board looked the other way.

The tide is turning as investors and the Feds start to look under the hood...but I think by the time the real story unfolds there will be too much damage to turn around easily.

I hope the government breaks up this madness soon. Let wireless go on its way like the first time we were cast off as useless. I can't stand this 100 year old landline mentality. Charts, metrics. And spreadsheets oh my.

What will it take for the board of directors to do something?

Or do you think they are also buying in to this madness?

Are the people who do the work (no golden parachutes) the only people left who care about the future of the company?

The company was able to coast for a long time living on borrowed time/money and Randall's used car tactics. The veil is lifting. He will go down in history as one of the best business hoodinis who was able to tank a company for on his boyish charm and gift of gab.

The company fell apart as soon as Whitacre retired and Randy took over.

That Is an understatement, I heard that the deal if approved, T will be the highest debt ratio on earth, + 250 B, do you know how many subscriptions they will need to sell to pay this level of debt, When free content is pretty much universal in the WWW
