Going from union to management years ago...the union is not making it up, they get 6 figure pensions
Union brother for a decade. Walked in circles and yelled at women every couple years. It was great. Got a 39 figure pension and 58000% 401k match. Organize!
Wow pension and 401k, Us wireless retail non union employees are getting slapped smh. After 6 years I have no pension and only 40k in my 401k 6% match. This current generation is screwed as most company are going away from pension .
I dont feel bad at all for these pussies . No one forced them to take a non union job or one without a pension !

For all of the naysayers, I'm in my 12th year of service and have a little more than $120k in my pension and another $225k in my 401k. Don't hate, organize.

Not only six figure, but high six figure. And at my retirement party I actually had a second level tell me management was better off without pensions. I tried telling wireless cell techs years ago, but they said, they treat us great, we don't need a union.
