Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

OK I hate vz wireless as much as anyone since the strike and animosity between core and vz wireless but...

I can't take that has been "can you hear me now" guy anymore. He's annoying, a traitor, and a g-- sounding douchebag. Just sayin'

He's really just like the rest of us, not a traitor, just a guy that got screwed by Verizon after years of loyalty!

Can you hear me now!

I was surprised they didn't use Koothrapoli considering who replaced the RIFs in IT.

Good thing Verizon finds value in paying Jamie Foxx to be in our commercials. Im sure its expensive but with all the layoffs that will occur they will recoup the money.

Curly's Sprint phone drops a call and he goes into a frenzy: "Woo, woo, woo, woo! Moe, Larry - Verizon! Moe, Larry - Verizon!"

Millennials will be going, "Huh?"

Verizon should hire that Dell Computer guy. You know, the "Dell Dude"? He'd be all like, "Dude, you're getting Verizon!". The millennials would flock to Verizon because they love cool dudes. Sprint wouldn't have a chance.

Sounds like the new Sprint guy is very innovative.

And thats what low mac encourages, right? ....innovation. The same thing he totally lacks.

He did have a non compete for 10 years. It is a testament to how effecting the ads were that people still remember him after not being in our ads for a decade. If Sprint offered me the money they are paying him, I'd take it. I bet I'm not alone.

Oh my goodness, the commercial with the Verizon customer folding his laundry and unable to watch the game because he was at his data limit was cute. I don't know the story of why he left, but maybe the "Can You hear Me"? guy hit the age limit and got the boot along with everyone else. He has to make a living somehow.

Thats how stupid our marketing VP is and the former marketing VPs were. Haven't the ever heard of a non-compete contract? Hopefully little baby gap marketing VP will learn something. Sprint Mktg VP is kicking his a$$.

Verizon kicked his a$$ out the door just like they do to so many others.

What's a guy to do? Verizon fumbled the ball and Sprint picked it up. Just saying....

What's the guy supposed to do? Last time I checked,it was still a free country and he's free to find employment anywhere he pleases.

He sounds g-- because he is, and yes he is a traitor since he made millions from Verizon from being in their ads. They should have made him sign something that wouldn’t allow him to do ads for a competitor.
