ARSMs are apparently in closed door meetings this week setting up new territories. We are pulling out of NR, every ARSM is becoming a hybrid and notifications of affected work groups will go out by mid January.

COR stores are definitely not in the clear. Low volume store are flipping to AR and only a select number of high revenue stores will remain. This is going down in 2017 not 2020.
COR isnt in the clear for much longer. Better transfer to a very high volume store, a store of the future or a flagship. 2020 is only three years away and you can bet your butt it will happen by then.
Does that mean corp stores are in the clear?
It's too bad they didn't just get on with it and make this decision back in June.
This completely s---s as we are all in the field visiting locations. Trying to figure out how they expect us to complete visits while not knowing what will happen in only a few weeks. Not a very merry Christmas for us. Putting up with all the craziness in national retail this time of year while they plot to get rid of us.
Merry Christmas to all, it is sad tp that AT&T has nearly doubled its debt load, not counting thrpe terrible new merger that is upon us, Five years ago, it came with $64 billion in debt. That has since surged to $125 billion today. This doubling of debt has translated to less than 20% growth in operating and free cash flow over the same period, that is as bad as it gets, I am not sure how National retail will fare, but the odds are against us
Merry Christmas to us in National Retail! I hope they just get this over with so we can move on. So mush mistrust and backroom deals going on. ARSM's just say it's business as usual but it is not. We got an extra few months after the surplus in July but now there are going to be so many of us on the streets looking for jobs at the same time. The 3rd parties will only pay a fraction of what we make and there isn't much else out there in our field.
Yes. Similar to how T-Mobile supports national retail. Marketsource or similar 3rd party rep would essentially do store visits.
NR to a 3rd party?
Some of this has happened in IL/WI. RAE's and ARSM's are AR and NR roles and they roll up to 1 director in charge or Cor, AR, And NR. ARSM's under 1 director are COR only and some are indirect only.
This really isn't about ARSMs becoming hybrid, but more so about a crap ton of RAEs losing their jobs again because we're handing NR off to a third party.
ARSMs would basically just handle all channels. Assuming supervisory responsibilities over however many RAEs they are given. Nothing much passed that...RAEs handle pretty much everything else.
What's duties are blended when ARSM becomes hybrid, does this means COR/AR ARSM are the same. This has been happening.
None for now but COR will have its day before 2020.
