Depends on your years of service, type of surplus, and your contract. There are tables in your contract book that show the exact amounts, job bank times, etc.
you can go on line and find it by searching the at&T home page.
It also depends what the circumstances were leading up to the surplus.
It is determined by your respective labor agreement.
