I just started my new job here and already it is looking like the wrong move. The company has the most inefficient processes I have ever seen throughout my career with other firms. They are suppose to be a hybrid of a tech firm as well, yet they are 10 years behind the Googles of the world. I am in BR as well and it is a nightmare. The campus where you can't find a parking spot past 8:31or a conference room throughout the day, yet you can walk through the buildings and finds hundreds of empty cubes.
