They appear to be legit law firms.

Checked a few webpages and looked for inconsistencies in the site.

O'Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing

Are in Wisconsin and appear this type of suit appears to be in their wheelhouse.

They appear to also "owned" the URL's below.

Used Findlaw.com to lookup the lawyer and that also appears to be legit.

Appears so... at least to me. Proceed with normal due diligence.

They'll settle it with cash - as they always do with all their missteps. I bet the result will be a settlement for an "undisclosed" amount, with less than $5,000 for each participant of the class suit. You won't get as much as you think, but go ahead... Nothing to loose. It's more about principles than anything else. This won't dent HPE's pockets...
