Love that the Call Center that my office is in is closing and hundreds of people are losing their jobs yet they have decorated it with over the top stupid decorations and seems like they are trying to kiss up to people. Oh and I saw today that Presidents Club and Winners Circle will still go on, funny why don't you cut back on that crap and save some jobs. VZW STOP WASTING MONEY!

And can I say no successful sales person cares about the games and trips and BS in fact it wastes time and costs us time to sell.

They have always spent money on usless nonsense. Just look at the corporate intranet website. It is filled with absolutely useless information, crass self-advertising, and back slapping company schemes. Now, try to search for some work related information or systems. The internal search engine is useless. Why can't they give on useful information and a better search engine? I was useful news, perhaps local weather, and real help to find work tools. How about information on being more efficient? Why should I care about someone I don't know, in another state, who won an award for s---ing up?
