RG also mentioned that success is measured by hitting your numbers. Hmmm...to me success is not only hitting your numbers...it's also about what you do to hit those numbers. So in my eyes...you and your overly staffed executive team hitting your numbers at your employees expense Is clearly not a success.

Oh yes, they ALWAYS get their over-paid bonuses while the rest of us get screwed over! If they cared at all (which they've proven they don't), they'd forego their bonuses so that the rest of us left to do the work of 3 people could actually get a merit increase or a bonus. Or even put those millions toward the bottom line so that the year-end numbers are a little less painful. We're in this mess because of YOU so why are WE suffering? Ridiculous.
Bet those execs get their bonuses this year!
No matter how you slice it, Follett is in debt by the choices made by the people getting all the perks.
We all suffer because of them tho nothing changes for them.
