I hear rumbles that they are going to be eliminating some Solutions Managers in the Pacific Market. It appears they are going to be going after operation misses and not following though with commitments to hold them accountable. Make sure to cross your t's and dot your i's because this company is on the downward slope.

I hear that after the holidays that a few stores will be shutting down in the Pacific. If you are in a slower store be prepared.
In 2005 Alltel was rocking our world. Verizon was just a company with a cute commercial. Boy did that all change.
@KSK - Yes like 2005 past kind of thinking when wireless was growing and customers used to need billing assistance in person.
Fast forward to 2016 and wireless is dying, customers do everything online and Verizon looks at its retail portfolio as expensive, not contributing to growth and no longer needed. Its sad, but a reality. I'm thinking the stores converted to smart stores will survive, but little else.
Also, if you support retail and are not HQ - goodbye!
@ksk - There is nothing real about Verizon. It's all a giant scam, to the stockholders, employees and taxpayers.
What a shame for those employees. We always use the "real" Verizon stores. I guess that kind of thinking is a thing of the past.
Uh yeah...if you work in retail cross you t's and dot your i's on your resume because retail will be gutted next year.
This time in 2017 most locations will be indirect.
