Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Latest 2 stories on Insider don't allow employee comments, only 'thumbs up'.

It's pretty telling that AT$T has decided to disable comments on the articles related to the Time Warner merger.

I think commenting here is great but I noticed an uptick in trolling and I think it's being done on purpose to discredit the board.

So an outsider/media/etc could say these are just the undesirables posting.

OK, so lets comment here and let eeveryone else know we are commenting here

i am sick and tired of all the talk about 'transparency' and 'communication' - the only place that let us talk is layoffs.com

sad

I've noticed that the stories that leadership could really glean some employee insight from are closed for comment.

Should anyone be surprised this is the culture. Where one group of leaders know everything.

I'd have a post specifically for employee comment. I beleive there are a group of forward thinkers in this company who could lead att to the innovative promise land. But shutting off the counmication spigot is classic t. And a lot of folks are taking their good ideas elsewhere.
