Any update on cst in Houston. Was surplus fulfilled by vsp's?

I don't know. In Dallas they offered VSP to Comm Techs and had more wanting to leave than they wanted to let go. Only 4 got the nickel handshake. I think about 20 put in for the offer. We have less than a hundred comm techs in the affected area. Fun times ahead.
