I got a invite to a phone call on 10/4/16. On that call they told us that on Oct 28, we would be notified if we were surplussed or not. Most folks were initially notified on Oct. 4th. However, today I got a phone call from the Supervisor. This call was not scheduled. During that call I was told I would be surplussed and to expect an email, which I now have. That email instructs you to go to a private link for surplussed employees, except the link isn't working at all. Fun times my friend.
Did you get an invite to a meeting? Where the news was delivered to you?
yes, surplussed today. ATO.
