If you're basing what you think will happen on what IBM is doing, you are mistaken.
Industry leader IBM is at a month salary -hearing will be at 3 months for non bargained-after the Jan 1st
IBM is now at 1month
It already went down. It was 100%. Now 50%. This was years ago. I heard Verizon does 1 months pay for every year of service. Now that would be nice.
There is a ton of rumors on this - not sure if I should believe it but that's it - nothing gets better for the worker though, so it's safe to assume it'll get worse
