Your direct manager always has a say in your dismissal. An AT&T HR manager gave me that tip.
Anybody able to get in that system to register? Must be on overload today.

I beleive ur am had no say. In fact ours wasn't consulted and he was livid. It was a director/go decision.
We had 2 options leave nov 18th or Dec 27
Reason: Area Mgr said "I had no say" ok I call b---s--- on that. Never had a rating under Fully meets. ?!?!
This is happening at GA as well.
OH, CA, AL, TX (and Dallas) so far that I know.
Is this in Dallas?
