Business Care? Do you guys even ever work? No help over the phone especially nights and weekends. And when we or our customers get through to a " Business Care Rep" they transfer you five times or just hang up. Biz Care will have their day, if you think you're so safe --- why are you looking at this website?! Go do something
He we go again... another Buss. care rep trolling!...Dream on your day will come. No one in the T is safe from a surplus/layoff....wake up
Who cares!!! , it really does not matter, when your turn comes be prepared
I have heard Directors will receive lists tomorrow morning and then call the impacted employees. So supervisors have no input into the decision as to which employees stay? Is it simply an automated algorithm?
I know 200 or so are getting nailed, 21 out of Ohio.
My boss is interviewing a person the official day I get notified. So I have 24 hours to know if my surplus is determined. If it is, I am going to go atomic on any other future with AT&T and get HR involved. Because if the goal is to surplus, and I have no performance dings, why the heck is my supervisor(s) interviewing people on surplus notification day? I figure nothing will happen as a result of that, but why not spread the misery? Check outlook calendars, the detective work isn't that hard.
There were "private meetings" for executive management, these are same people on the 4q16 resource planning meeting, also in outlook. Check tspace too.
