FYI, you may want to look at your 3rd and 4th level calendars for a half hour appointment labeled "private" on Wed Oct 28. Management got stealthier and isn't labeling these meetings. But if you do a compare of 4Q16 resource planning meetings on Oct 4th to Wed, October 26 "private meetings". You are going to see an alignment.
In short, on Wednesday, October 26, your directors are going to be told who is getting the boot. Expect contact from your management shortly after the "private meeting", then an official email from HR. At this point the decision is made.
