AT&T goes after die hard cord cutters with a streaming option that is said to eliminate regular pay tv service

If this is your plan, AT&T, why spend $48B for useless hardware.

I dumped my pay cable almost a year ago and never looked back. I get all my channels and shows through Hulu, Amazon and Netflix and saved myself almost $80 a month. So why the hell do I need DTV streaming.
