Yeah they gave em the boot before they could stuff their pockets for christmas
mams and smb will get hit hard. lots and lots of fraud. Fraud galore in indirect. reps have been gaming the system BAD. so much loss in stores and at the hands of reps that leadership plans to phase out all non critical customer facing roles. Im sure some of you who were let go were flagged for participating. This oversight is part of the reason Shammo tapped out
We have B2B reps making 90k to 140k in my opinions getting paid to much part of their quota is fed by online sales
