Ha, whete is the troll that called OP's post bogus? Here ismy tip to you , A person without information should not be offering their opinion
I guess I agree with the prev comment. I'm a Management employee, in a handfull of years I hit the Rule Of 75 and scared to death of being outsourced. If my boss said I had to change my schedule and work evenings or weekends my answer would be "No Problem". Willing to do whatever it takes to make it to that Rule Of 75.
The union isn't perfect by any means. But if AT&T was non union you would make 1/2 of what we make and it would be all contractor work with Zero benifits! Also people have to stick together to stand up to the company....if we don't we are doomed to fail. The only way for Evil
to win is for Good Men to do nothing!
I'm a Management Employee with the company for many years. I don't harbor any good or bad feelings towards the Union Employees. Here is what I don't understand....if Union Employees pay dues to have a Union who helps them with their rights, then what the heck is the Union doing if their Union Employees are still loosing their jobs. (I'm not being an a--....I just don't understand) Can someone give a short and sweet comment about what benefit their is by having a Union in this day and age?

Who say union,? They don't fire people, the company do, don't forget to pay your dues, around 1,100 annually,
