If Randall leaves he will probably get a $50 million bonus for his stupidity and incompetence, while the people who actually do the work in this company have to worry about being outsourced and have constant demands for more.
Sounds like a broken system to me.

The rumor is Randall Stephenson will be stepping down very soon. a lot of stock holders are not happy with the level of incompetence.
