We were sold off because att doesn't want to offer wireline and we weren't having that in CT and our union owned them. It has been the biggest blessing ever. Frontier has brought so many of the jobs Att stole out of our state back and is totally expanding what used to be u verse and is now Vantage TV not only in CT but other states...I moved from res to bus and we have transfers always available now...the moment I heard ATT (AKA SBC) sold us off I was like good riddens att...never looked back

We had 4980 people in CT when the they started. Frontier took 2300. Sadly there are now only 630 people left in ATT working in CT. They very quietly closed many departments and will continue to until none are left except a few Mobility people.
