Let's see how they can spin this one, but I wonder if that’s really the case, Data Free TV is a data exemption plan–or zero rating plan–that allows AT&T wireless subscribers to stream DirecTV and U-verse live channels and DVR recordings, without it counting towards mobile data caps, will put competitors at a disadvantage, who will the favor on their network, a really bad time ito own transport services, for business content.

It easy to waste 48 billion when it's someone else's money. There's no true accounting at AT&T any more. It's all driven by greed and narcissism.
