@cwp why do you feel they are superior? I would not agree, I know many other techs that are amazing
After more layoffs, One thing you can bet on moving forward is that people, and how you lead and inspire them, will become one of your organization’s greatest challenges, that job takes leadership, something non existant in this cpmpany today, we just have management of the worse kind unfortunately
what do you think UV techs will be doing?, they have thousands of this guys, just sitting around,? Tho they are pretty much superior to the services techs, which are in the bottom of the barrel with the OPT's and premise techs, wire techs,
