Does anyone have info on Baton Rouge closing its doors?

The wireless / MTSO / CO will not be used again in that capacity. All call traffic was migrated to other offices and will remain that way.

The trouble with rumors is that if you trace them back the source is usually not in a position to know anything one way or the other. The company usually just closes the really low performing centers or the ones with very poor attendance. If Baton Rouge is not in either category then the company has no reason to close it.

Are you talking about the call center? Did it get a lot of damage from the flooding? What have you heard to think that it will be closed?
