I know that National Retail NAE's are history but I am wondering about RAE positions? We have a lot of doors out there that need support. I don't think a 3rd party can handle this like National Retail. Has anyone heard? Thoughts?

I really don't have an issue with market source taking over national retail. They are more of the compliance and training standpoint than a support standpoint. With authorized retail, there is so much that they can still get redirected to AEs to fix. It's such a low to mid grade position as far as pay goes that they are going to save a lot more money by eliminating indirect ARSMs who really just act as a middle man. If a director, who is a level III, can report to a VPGM, who is a level five, then a level one RAE can report to a level III director.
I wish we had some direction on where things are heading instead of the BAU! They have been cutting so much and National Retailers are not really selling post paid anymore (except BB). I don't think they need us to merchandise prepaid.
Market Source is supposedly going to take over NR doors and AR will not need support, especially in parts of country where Spring bought out all the other AR doors . Just a matter of time, I say get rid of the ARSMs and keep the RAEs, no need for the ARSM, just like no need when we had RAMs..we do all the work.
That's because they're still evaluating how many visits they want us to do. For now we are supposed to be conducting the amount of visits we were instructed to conduct during our operational calls during re-org.
No yet but there is no NR visit goals
Has a third party already began supporting your NR doors?
