I want to be "home for the holidays". It would be nice to sleep late during the cold and snowy weather.
Yes - a friend of mine and many members of his group in BR were told to "start looking outside" of his group. Shamwow Sh^t the bed and now is leaving with his pile of money and leaving behind a mess of debt and failed projects which will result in even more layoffs. For certain, my friend was told that he has 3 but no more than 6 months to find a new place within, or be riffed. Meanwhile the group is still pulling people in. Time to find a new job. In fact that should really be your main job!

question should be, are there any more rifs coming and the answer is yes. plenty of activity with managers gathering what their teams do and ranking files. 2nd levels under plenty of stress, not a fun job to do
